Let’s say you need a change management consultant but you don’t know who’s reputable and you don’t have time to scan the Net and research from scratch. What you do know is that you need a change management consultant experienced in change related to organisational restructure, and that the consultant must be available to commence work on-site in Sydney next month for up to six months. You have a provisional budget set, within which the consultant would need to work. Furthermore, you have a strong preference for a consultant with experience in the financial services sector.
Enter FindaConsultant. You see the prominent drop-down menu on our home page, “Select a Consulting Category”, and you select “change management”. An online wizard then appears and you are guided through several questions which closely define your needs. Finally, you enter your contact details and click “finish”. Within 1-2 days, you should expect to hear from matched consultants. At any time during the process, if you have questions, you can contact us and we’ll be delighted to help.
What happens after the matching is complete
FindaConsultant does not stay in the middle of any discussions between you and the consultant(s). However we monitor the quality of service delivered by our consultants via a Customer Satisfaction Survey and continuously incorporate your feedback in our offering.
