Sharon Melamed, Managing Director
Sharon is a successful entrepreneur on a mission to make it easier for businesses to find their perfect match suppliers. FindaConsultant is the second brand in her “B2B matching” portfolio, the first being Matchboard, launched in 2012.
Prior to this, Sharon held senior business development roles at leading outsourcing companies, which took her from San Francisco to New York, Tokyo, Tel Aviv and Sydney. She became a trusted advisor for many Tier 1 clients needing new contact centre and back office solutions.
Graduating from the University of Sydney with a University Medal, Sharon speaks several languages and is an accredited NAATI Level III translator. In 2013, she was awarded “Power Profile” status for having one of the 50 most viewed LinkedIn profiles in Australia.
She loves song-writing, music, chess and scrabble.

John Groarke, Senior Partner
Following a career at IBM, PwC and Grant Thornton working in and on those firms, John has spent the last 13 years enthusing, mentoring and advising the consulting world – from sole practitioners, to boutiques and large brand-name firms. Known as Australia’s “Mentor to Consultants”, John has helped countless consulting and advisory enterprises achieve profitability and sustainability, through start-up to repositioning, revitalising, and extending those enterprises.
John teaches short consultancy business courses at the University of Sydney's Centre for Continuing Education. He has been a mentor for Australian government and NSW state government business advisory programs.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in Computational Science & Statistics and a post-graduate diploma in Computing Science. In his spare time, he enjoys football, travel and photography.
